If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please email us at 3dproskills@gmail.com, with order details and photos of damaged items, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Also, all shipments are insured to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. However, are you not happy with what you received?! No problem! You may return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the shipment.
If you want to return the item without any quality issues, you’ll need to bear the return shipping fees. We will cover the return fees for return requests regarding quality issues.

The product should be packed in its original packaging and include the original receipt of the purchase. Return will be approved only if the item is returned in unused, brand new, damaged free & original condition (not applicable for defective products).
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that you used when placing your order.
